A woman in her 20s died on Christmas Day after falling off a quad bike that overturned.
The incident happened on White House Lane in Shipton Moyne, near Malmesbury, on just after 2pm on Saturday, December 23.
A man believed to have fled the scene on a quad bike has since been arrested after a search that saw the police helicopter deployed, along with another man.
The pair, aged 29 and 30, are both from the Cotswolds and have been bailed with conditions to return to police in February.
The road was closed for some time and the Wiltshire Air Ambulance transported the critically-injured woman to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Constabulary wrote: “Officers are still seeking information in connection with the collision.
