Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on the A419 in Swindon.
The incident happened on the southbound carriageway close to the Blunsdon slip road at around 9.05am on Thursday, December 28.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for anyone who witnessed this or has dash-cam footage to contact us. please contact Wiltshire police on 101 and give the reference 54230137014.”
