New photos show the aftermath of a serious crash on the M4 Junction 15 roundabout in Swindon.

Police have closed the busy junction and part of the A419 southbound  from Commonhead roundabout since 11pm on Tuesday  and are still investigating the scene as of 10am on Wednesday morning.

The route will remain closed until at least midday.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We appreciate the travel difficulties and delays these closures will cause so please allow extra time for your journeys."
