A global sportswear brand has redecorated its store in Swindon to reflect the town’s past.
The Adidas store at the Designer Outlet on Kemble Drive has recently undergone a refurbishment.
One standout alteration is that the popular sportswear shop has included themes related to Swindon's history as an inspiration to its redesign.
The Designer Outlet is housed in the restored Great Western Railway works and Adidas wanted to honour the location’s railway heritage with their in-store changes.
A sign placed in the window of the shop read: “Influenced by Swindon’s railway heritage, we’ve created bespoke graphics for the store using railway lines, industrial train textures and transport typography.
“[This is] to create a truly unique look for your new Adidas store.”
The Adidas store initially opened at the outlet in March 2022 but has undergone renovations since then.
This change is the latest in a series of alterations at the Outlet in 2024 with the imminent arrival of Rituals Cosmetics as well as the departure of Curated Makers earlier this month.
