A man has been charged following a stabbing in Swindon which left one victim in hospital.
Timothy Ryan, 24, of no fixed address, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed article in a public place, and is due to appear in court.
The stabbing took place near Spring Gardens in central Swindon on Sunday, January 21, just before 9am, according to Wiltshire Police.
A man in his 50s who has not been named was struck with a blade and later taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries.
The victim has now been discharged from hospital following treatment.
Ryan has since been remanded in custody and will appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning (January 23).
