A man in his 20s has been arrested following an assault in Swindon town centre on Saturday afternoon (February 24).
Wiltshire Police officers were called to Curtis Street in Swindon to attend what they have described as a "disturbance" which took place between 2pm and 3pm.
A man and a woman in their 20s were believed to have been involved and the man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault.
He has now been released on bail while further enquiries take place, and officers are urging anyone who may have seen what happened to get in touch.
