Motorists have been hit by delays on the M4 with long queues caused by a closed lane on the motorway.
Traffic has been slow on the M4 eastbound, between junctions 16 and 15 at Swindon, from around 4pm onwards on Sunday, March 10.
A lane closure is in place on the approach to junction 15, while National Highways carry out road resurfacing works on the carriageway.
This has caused congestion as drivers merge into two lanes.
The AA has reported increasing delays in the area and average speeds of just 25mph.
