Traffic chaos has been caused by Thames Water closing a busy Swindon road for repair work.
Wootton Bassett Road was closed to traffic in both directions on Monday, March 18, with the closure spanning between Penzance Drive and Redpost Drive.
One lot of works by Mannington Roundabout are planned repair and maintenance works on clean water pipes.
And a second lot of work by Redposts Drive are to repair a leak on a clean water pipe.
Works could go on as late as March 22 at Mannington Roundabout, and March 20 further along the road

Traffic was reported as free-flowing either side of the works, including access to Redposts Drive itself.
The works caused traffic in the surrounding area, especially going towards the town centre and areas like Wichelstowe and Rodbourne were also heavily affected.
The closure has been made worse because it comes as Meads Way is closed for repair work following flooding caused by a burst water main on March 15.
Great Western Way was also closed following this incident, but reopened at the weekend.
Mead Way remains closed between Stonehill Green and The Meads roundabout, but Thames Water say it will be opening again soon.
