Police are investigating after a woman was physically attacked during a fight in a Swindon town centre pub.

Officers have issued an appeal for witnesses to the reported assault which is said to have happened in the Queen's Tap on Station Road at some point between 11pm and midnight on Saturday, February 17.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed an incident in the Queen’s Tap pub in Station Road, Swindon.

"At some time between 11pm and midnight on Saturday, February 17, a woman in her 30s was involved in an altercation during which she was physically attacked.
