Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) have reported an unplanned outage in the SN6 area south of Cricklade.
The outage was reported on at 3:29 am and SSEN are aiming to restore power by 3 pm on March 28.
An engineer is on site. A statement from SSEN says: “We are aware of a fault on our main network affecting a large area and it’s likely several streets are being affected by the same outage.
“We have had reports of an overhead power line coming down. When this happens, the power will automatically turn off to keep everyone safe.”
