A variety of exciting outdoor summer events have been announced.
The events are to be held at the Town Gardens’ bandstand, following on a tradition of the bandstand living up to its name.
There will also be live performances at Queen’s Park and the GWR Park.
The events at the bandstand kick off on May 19 at midday with Swindon Brass, followed by Cricklade Brass at 3 pm.
Other concert, brass and silver bands from around Wiltshire will feature in the park on the coming days ending on September 8.
GWR will see more variety with lively South American band, Zamba Lando, on August 18.
Both Queen’s and GWR will host Emma Doupé, a ‘passionate and soulful musician whose music transcends boundaries and speaks to the heart’.
