Police are searching for a woman after a Matalan staff member was allegedly assaulted and left with a concussion in Swindon.
Officers have launched an investigation after the incident at the Matalan store in Greenbridge Retail Park, which occurred at around 11.30am on March 11.
A woman reportedly entered the shop and was verbally abusive to a number of staff members before trying to leave.
The woman then allegedly assaulted a member of staff near the exit while leaving the premises.
Police say this staff member was left with a slight concussion as a result of the incident.
Officers have now released an image of a woman they are trying to identify in connection to their investigation.
Anybody who recognises her has been urged to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We’d like to speak to the woman pictured in connection with an incident at Matalan in Greenbridge, Swindon.
“Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54240029554.”
