Family members are desperately looking for a missing man in Swindon.
Michael Vertannes, 31, has been missing since Monday after disappearing from the Great Western Hospital, where he had been admitted but not discharged.
His sister, Joanne has shared posts on the Swindon Community Notice Board and other local social media pages asking for people to keep an eye out for him.
She described him as 6ft tall, with green eyes and freckles, and said he was dressed in black trousers a dark fleece and was only wearing slippers.
She has asked anyone who might have information on where her Old-Town-based brother is now to get in touch with her.
"He struggles with mental health issues and is not usually away from his flat for this long. He has been missing for over two nights now.
"Please call me on 07392 331817 if you have seen him.
"Please share, his family are very worried about him."
Wiltshire Police are now looking for him and has launched a public appeal for information.
