A unique opportunity for children is up for grabs after a local adventure camp has launched a competition to find a budding social media creator.
National holiday experience firm PGL Adventures, which has a centre based in Liddington, is on the lookout for 'an enthusiastic and adventurous young person' to become its very first 'National Kids Content Creator for 2024'.
The ’National Kids Content Creator’ will become the face of PGL’s Kids’ Adventure Camps as well as helping to create an exciting range of engaging content for PGL’s social media platforms.
The winning child will be asked to bring to life all the 'fun and adventure' of a PGL Kids Holiday Camp including abseiling, raft building, quick jump and zip wiring to name but a few!
The overall winner will receive the following two free PGL adventure breaks:
⦁ A Kids’ Multi Activity Camp for up to 2 children or a Family Adventure break (2 adults + 3 children, up to 4 nights) during May half term (w/c 25th May 2024)
⦁ A Kids’ Multi Activity Camp or TRAILBLAZE! Adventure for 2 children to be taken between July and the first week of August 2024 (inclusive) for up to 7 nights.
As well as the above adventure breaks, the winner will bag up to £500 worth of filming equipment to help create content while enjoying their adventure getaways!
Entrants need to submit an example of their best content creation (images or video max 40 seconds) to introduce themselves and explain what they are passionate about or what they plan to get up to in their Easter holidays.
Parents should visit: https://adventureholidays.pgl.co.uk/content-creator-competition/ and complete the form to apply.
Applications close on midnight April 14 and the lucky winner will be announced on May 7 2024.

"PGL camps offer a fantastic opportunity for kids to build confidence, independence, and lifelong memories. But don't just take our word for it – we want to show it from a kid's perspective!
“School holidays can be tough for parents juggling work and childcare; PGL camps provide a solution. Our residential and day camps, designed for ages 8-16, allow children to explore the outdoors, make new friends, and gain valuable life skills."
