A huge new 80,000sq ft warehouse is “coming soon” in Swindon and has now been put on the market.
In February, planning permission was granted for a third building to be constructed at G Park, to the north of the A419 on the outskirts of the town, where B&Q and Iceland currently have large warehousing and delivery centres.
The new development at the industrial park has now been listed as available to lease by commercial real estate brokers Cushman & Wakefield.
The price of rent for the state-of-the-art industrial and logistics centre is available upon application.
Cushman & Wakefield added the new structure is “coming soon” and will be built to suit any potential occupant.
The huge unit will boast a large car park, 16 dock doors, two-level access, and quick access to the M4.
GLP Ltd, which runs G Park, told planners the development would add to a “long-established” employment area for the town.
They said: “G Park Swindon is a large industrial area with excellent connections by road.
“The site is located west of another large industrial and commercial park and at the edge of Vickers Roundabout, making the site a much sought-after area for business and further industrial development.”
