Two new defibrillators have been provided to two Swindon community centres by a charity and the government.
The defibrillators outside Pinetrees Community Centre and John Moulton Hall were supplied by London Hearts Charity and the Department of Health and Social Care.
A spokesperson for Central Swindon North Parish Council said: “We hope they are never needed.
“However, their availability to someone in need will greatly improve chances of survival, and we are proud to be able to provide them.”
The kits will be registered with The Circuit, a national defibrillator database.
In order to access a defibrillator, you should call 999 for the access code to open the case.
