A Swindon man has admitted to causing actual bodily harm and threatening someone with a knife.
Muhammad Delir, of Westcott Place, appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Monday morning.
The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to three charges – one count of causing actual bodily harm, one count of possessing a blade in a public place, and one count of threatening a person with a blade.
These offences occurred in Regent Circus on August 15, 2020, where he attacked one man and threatened another.
This case first appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on March 29, 2023.
The charge of threatening someone with a blade in a public place was then added when it returned to the same court on November 30, 2023.
Following this latest hearing on April 15, proceedings will continue at Swindon Crown Court on June 7, when the defendant will be sentenced.
