The Red Arrows are returning to the skies around Swindon and Wiltshire this summer.
The famous aerobatic display team has a busy schedule this year, but there are a couple of chances for local people to glimpse them in the skies or at a nearby airshow.
The Red Arrows will - as usual - be a fixture of this year's Royal International Air Tattoo, which is taking place at RAF Fairford on July 19, 20 and 21.
This has been confirmed by the RIAT 2024 who said: "The nine-ship display team will be marking their 60th anniversary at RAF Fairford with a new routine, fresh for 2024."
But there will be an opportunity for people to see them a little closer to home.
That's because a recent Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) reported by the website military-airshows.co.uk has indicated they'll be flying for a display just outside of Swindon on July 18.
The display is said to be at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham Station, Oxfordshire and is taking place the day before RIAT starts.
2024 is the Red Arrows 60th anniversary and to celebrated special artwork on the side and tailfin of each Hawk T1 jet will be unveiled that acknowledges the 'diamond season'.
The team is also embarking on an overseas tour to Canada in August, to mark the centennial of the Royal Canadian Air Force.
