Owner, Carlos Freitas, said: “I am feeling very happy. It is a lot of hard work, a lot of teamwork, but I was on top of everything.
“We always keep on top of everything.”
Carlos was busy preparing for the evening shift, and reported that his shop had recently grown in popularity.

He had this message for other businesses: “Keep up the good work, keep on top of everything and make sure the customers are happy.
“Make sure your food quality is up to standard and do not always go for the cheaper goods and always try to be one of the best around.”
