A Swindon man is accused of helping to supply class A drugs in the town and illegally owning a gun.
Paul Mason, of Holbein Place in Grange Park, appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday via video link.
The 23-year-old is charged with having in his possession three 9mm bullets and a handgun which had a barrel of less than 30 centimetres in length on March 4, 2024, without holding a firearm certificate.

He pleaded not guilty to these firearm and ammunition charges.
The defendant pleaded guilty to having criminal property – namely £5, £10 and £20 notes in cash – in his possession on March 20, 2024, and to being concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine to other people in Swindon between September 18, 2023, and March 20, 2024.
He will remain in custody until his trial on September 11, 2024.
Other hearings will be held before then to prepare for these proceedings.
