A Wiltshire man has been accused of making indecent images of children.
Anthony Masters, of Taynor Drive in Chippenham, appeared in the dock at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
The 35-year-old faces three charges which allege that he made a number of illegal photographs in Chippenham between January 26, 2021, and February 26, 2022, which breached sections of the Protection of Children Act 1978.
These allegedly included six images classed as Category C, two images classed as Category B, and four images classed as Category A, which is the most serious category for child abuse content.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to all three charges and will face trial at Swindon Crown Court on November 27.
He has been released on unconditional bail until his next court appearance.
This follows the case’s first hearing at Swindon Magistrates' Court on March 13, 2024, where the matter was referred to Swindon Crown Court due to the nature of the charges the defendant faces.
