Two burglaries believed to be connected have taken place in east Swindon.
Police have confirmed that the first burglary took place at some point between April 7 and 8 on Conway Road in Liden, and the second incident occurred on April 8 in the Fairlawn area, only half a mile away.
Laptops, cash, jewellery and furniture were stolen from both properties, but no suspects have yet been found.
"Whilst we are keeping an open mind, we believe the incidents may be linked," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
Wiltshire Police are now urging anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area during that time or could have information or doorbell footage relating to the burglaries, to get in touch with police immediately.
Catching the criminals is key to preventing further burglaries in this area.
"Unfortunately, no further details of suspects are known, however, we believe there may be members of the public who witnessed these incidents or have footage captured on doorbell cameras or dash cams," added the spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"We'd also like to hear from anyone who may have noticed any suspicious vehicles in the area around the time of the incidents or in the days prior.
"If you can help, please call 101 and quote crime reference numbers 54240039546 and 54240040387."
