A body has been found in the search for a missing man from Purton.
Police say Gregory left his home address in Purton at 11am on Tuesday, April 23, and was later spotted driving eastbound on the A3102 near to The Sally Pusseys Inn.
Wiltshire Police launched a search for the missing man on Tuesday, April 23, after becoming increasingly worried about his welfare.
Officers have now confirmed that a man's body has been found in the search for Gregory.
"We can confirm that a man has been found deceased in the search for missing Purton man Gregory," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"Officers have been carrying out enquiries after he was reported missing yesterday evening.
"Sadly, the man was discovered this afternoon, and while formal identification has not yet taken place, the family of Gregory have been informed.
"Our thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time."
Formal identification is expected to take place in due course, and officers have confirmed that they do not currently believe there to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
The location where the body was found has not been confirmed.
