Police have been patrolling the Swindon Designer Outlet after it became a “hotspot” for anti-social behaviour reports.
Officers from the Stratton, Central Swindon North and West Swindon policing teams have identified the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet as an area where there have been reports relating to anti-social behaviour.
This led PCSO Murphy and PCSO Passmore to patrol the shopping centre, along with several other locations around the town.
These included the Mannington Recreation Ground, St Mary’s Church in Lydiard Park, and the Cheney Manor Garden Centre and the adjacent footpath.
Police have urged residents to highlight any other areas of concern where they would like to see more patrols carried out.
A spokesperson for the force said: “These areas have been highlighted to our neighbourhood officers so they can continue to do more community engagement events and partnership working to tackle the issues that are reported.
“If there are any other areas you would like to see your neighbourhood policing team patrol, please report it to us via 101 or via the online submission form.”
