A nurse suspended from duty has pleaded guilty to two charges of voyeurism and one charge of 'videoing a child in the toilet'.
29-year-old Pheddie Delos Reyes, of Longlevens Road in Manchester, had already pleaded guilty to two allegations of voyeurism in July 2023 for videoing females using the toilets in a Swindon Asda supermarket.
The registered nurse was temporarily barred from working by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and he was taken into custody at HMP Forest Bank prison.
But on May 2, 2024, Reyes appeared at Swindon Magistrate's Court over a video link and pleaded guilty to a third charge, of making an indecent image of a child.
The court heard how at the time of the original two offences, Reyes' phones were searched and a recording of a child using the toilet was found.
"Mr Reyes has pleaded guilty to this offence too," said prosecutor Keith Ballinger.
"The sentencing in Bolton for his other two offences has been adjourned until May 29 to allow this case to catch up and so that all three allegations can then be dealt with together."
Reyes' case has now been adjourned until May 29 at Bolton Crown Court and he will remain in custody until this date.
