A bistro and restaurant, which opened its doors for the first time in April, has been given a top food hygiene rating.
Quercus Bistro, which is attached to RWB Auctions in Royal Wootton Bassett, has been awarded five stars.
Food hygiene ratings, which are conducted by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), give businesses a score from five, meaning hygiene standards are very good, to zero, which means urgent improvement is required.
“We're thrilled to have been awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating from Wiltshire Council,” said a spokesperson for Quercus Bistro.

“This top rating reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness and food safety standards in our kitchen.
“We of course have to say a huge thank you to our dedicated team, who've worked tirelessly to get the doors open and start serving customers.”
The bistro is open Wednesday to Sunday for brunch, teas and coffees in the mornings and then transforms into a lively wine bar and restaurant in the evenings, offering a range of delicious food and drinks.
Hospitality manager Steve Newton, who oversees Quercus, picked up his own AA Rosettes which are awarded for culinary excellence amongst the finest restaurants in the UK.
"In Royal Wootton Bassett we are at the centre of a network of local farms, offering ethically reared meat and sustainable produce," said Steve.
"Wiltshire is a long way from Paris, but at Quercus we’re inspired by the cooking and ethos of French bistros, offering exquisitely prepared favourites like steak frites, wild mushroom ragu and chicken supreme in a relaxed setting.
"Our dishes are designed to pair with bottles from our ever-changing wine list, proudly displayed on our bespoke wine wall."

Despite having been open for less than a month, the bistro is also moving up the charts with several five-star ratings from customers.
"Had our first visit to Quercus and were not disappointed," said one reviewer.
"The food was very well presented and was delicious and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. A great addition to the town and we will be back."
Others have described it as "some of the best Bassett has to offer."
