A prolific Swindon offender has been told he can't go to any Co-op store after his latest crime spree.
David Mundy appeared at Swindon Magistrates' Court on May 2 to plead guilty to 11 counts of theft from three different Co-ops in the Swindon area and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
But he couldn't be sentenced at the time because he had been recalled to prison by the probation service, who wanted to prepare a sentence proposal for him - and so a sentencing hearing was set for May 23.
But, on May 8, he was back before magistrates facing three further charges of theft from a different fourth Swindon Co-op, where on April 24, 25 and 29 he stole beer, meat and laundry products to the total of £157, to which he pleaded guilty.
Magistrates were left to deliberate whether or not the three charges before them should be sentenced at the time, or combined with the offences from the previous week.

They also had to navigate the fact that Mundy was going to prison that evening to serve his 14-day recall.
Mundy's defence said: "Let him do his recall and come into court through the front door and then give him a community order or a suspended sentence so he can prove that he can make good to the community."
But when delivering their decision magistrates were less than impressed with the scale of Munday's criminality.
"You have got a horrendous record, you have 41 convictions for 254 offences which is one of the worst I’ve ever seen," they said.
"We’ve heard about these previous matters and we understand you are subject for recall and are going to prison today for that recall.
"We believe it is in the interests of justice that these matters are tied up together so we have decided to postpone sentencing until the time that all the matters can be considered together.
"But you should know all options are open at that time, you have got a terrible, terrible record"
At sentencing on May 23, the 11 charges of theft that Mundy pleaded guilty to the prior week, and the three he pleaded guilty to on May 8 will be considered together, as well as the two counts of assaulting separate police officers.
In the meantime, he is not allowed to enter any Co-op store.
