Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a child was assaulted at a park in Swindon.
The victim, a 12-year-old girl who cannot be named, was playing at the play park in Crosby Walk, Park South on April 24, when she was assaulted at around 6pm.
The girl was playing near to the swings when an unknown woman thought to be in her early 20s assaulted her.
The woman has been described as white, aged around 20 years old, and of slim build with dark faded pink in her hair.
She was wearing a black hooded top at the time that she assaulted the child.
It’s believed there were a number of children and adults in the park or in the area around the time of the incident.
