Queen Camilla is set to continue her 15 year patronage of Wiltshire Air Ambulance, having first taken on the role in 2009.
She first stepped into her role as patron when she was The Duchess of Cornwall.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance chairman, Rob Kevan, said: "Her Majesty has always taken a keen interest in our charity and we were honoured to welcome her to our fundraising concert in Salisbury in February.
"Our charity is so well supported by the public and local businesses, and we are really pleased to have the continued patronage of Queen Camilla."
A Unique Concert for Wiltshire, held earlier this year at Salisbury Cathedral, saw the Queen in attendance.
The event, organised by the Wiltshire Air Ambulance in collaboration with The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust and Youth Action Wiltshire, raised more than £100,000 for charity.
Queen Camilla also opened the charity's new airbase at Semington, near Trowbridge, in December 2018.
She met with guests, including survivors saved by the air ambulance, pilots, critical care paramedics, doctors, staff, and volunteers.
The news of Queen Camilla's continued patronage coincides with the first anniversary of the Coronation.
