A man tried to “hug and kiss” a woman in Tesco and made sexual comments during an incident this month.
The unknown suspect approached a woman in her 20s in the Tesco on Ocotal Way, Swindon at around 7.15pm on May 1.
Police are now appealing for information on a man seen on CCTV in connection with the assault.
The man is pictured wearing a blue jacket, light shorts, blue Adidas trainers and a light cap, with glasses.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing to the public for help in identifying this man in connection with a sexual assault in Swindon.
“At around 7.15pm on May 1, in Tesco in Ocotal Way, an unknown suspect has approached the victim, a woman in her 20s, and attempted to hug and kiss her, as well as making sexual comments.
“We are hoping to speak to the person pictured in connection with the incident.
“If you recognise the person, please contact us on 101 quoting reference 54240050382.”
