A new restaurant is coming to Swindon town centre to offer "mouthwatering meals" and a "super fast restaurant and takeaway service".
Kilpatrick & Co confirmed it has secured a new letting on 21-22 Regent Street, which was formerly occupied by STAX before they closed down.
New tenant, The Biryani Lounge, who are currently fitting out the property for opening say they will provide the services.
A spokesperson for The Biryani Lounge said: "We are aware of the constant increase in the cost of living and we want our clients to be able to enjoy our great food, which is why we have made sure our prices are not overwhelming.
"We guarantee that eating from our menu will satisfy your appetite without breaking the bank."
Alex Hill, of Kilpatrick & Co, said " We are pleased to complete this letting and provide a new food outlet for the public to experience and get another vacant shop in the town centre reoccupied."
An application for a premises licence to sell alcohol was made to Swindon Borough Council.
The application sought to allow the sale of alcohol on Monday to Sunday from 9am to 11pm.
