A care home has received a complete makeover as part of an extensive £18 million revival project.

Miranda House Care Home, located just off Royal Wootton Bassett's High Street, may look the same from the outside but inside this home is almost unrecognisable now.

The care home, which is part of the Aria Care Group, has received a comprehensive makeover as part of the group's ambitious £18 million revival project, and the big focus of this refurbishment was self-care.

Miranda House is now kitted out with an all-new hair salon, a refitted reception area and newly decorated communal areas to help encourage social interaction.

The grand unveiling of the new care home saw members of the community and esteemed guests including the Mayor, Councillor Pat Farrow, and Town Crier Owen Collier, pay residents a visit.

"Ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of the people that live and work in our communities has always been our top priority," explained Caroline Roberts, CEO of Aria Care.

"By revitalising our communities, we aim to continue to create a nurturing and vibrant atmosphere that truly feels like home, and where care is given from the heart."

Aria Care is known for its compassionate approach and exceptional quality of care, and the company hopes that this new refurbishment will only further cement its reputation as a leading care provider.
