A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after a flammable substance was set alight on a driveway in Swindon.
Officers from Wiltshire Police were called to a disturbance on Portal Road in Pinehurst at around 11pm on Sunday, June 2 where the substance, believed to be petrol, was set alight on a driveway of a property.
A man in his 50s was arrested shortly after and remains in custody for questioning.
Police are appealing for anyone with information that could help their enquiries to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 54240063964.
