Police urgently appealed for help to find a wanted woman in the Swindon area.
On Saturday afternoon, officers asked that the public to contact them if they see 33-year-old Terri Spellman, who was wanted for several theft offences and for failing to appear at court.
On Sunday afternoon, the county force confirmed that she had been brought back into custody.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Following a report from a member of the public, we are pleased to say that Terri Spellman has now been arrested.
"Thank you for your support, it's much appreciated."
