A building which is home to a former Swindon nightclub has been listed for sale in Swindon.  

Tree nightclub shared the building in Old Town with Subway and Anytime Fitness before it closed six months ago. It has now been put on the market for £1.8 million.

The nightclub, which closed its doors on New Year's Eve and suffered a significant fire last month, is 9,505 sq ft and has a ten-year lease term (from 2016).

Unit two is the Subway shop, which is said to offer a "reliable rental income to from a brand with a strong customer loyalty".

It covers a 1,119 sq ft space with a new lease term of ten years from this year.

Anytime Fitness, meanwhile, provides 24/7 access to customers, said to ensure "consistent membership engagement and revenue", covering 4,434 sq. ft with a 15-year lease term from 2009.

The listing says the building is a "high yield" investment, as it benefits from a "mix of entertainment, food service and fitness tenants, each contributing to a diverse income stream’" in an area "known for its vibrant community, historical significance and strong footfall".
