A woman will face trial next year accused of arranging an illegal abortion.
Sophie Harvey, 25, is accused of procuring a poison, procuring her own miscarriage by poison and attempting to pervert the course of public justice.
The Cirencester woman's boyfriend, Elliot Benham, 25 and from Swindon, is accused of attempting to pervert the course of public justice.
The charges relate to events in the summer of 2018 when the defendants were 19.
Gloucester Crown Court heard the defendants will face a five-day trial beginning on February 24.
Harvey, of St Mary’s Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, and Benham, of Wingfield, Swindon, Wiltshire were released on bail.
They were excused from attendance from the short hearing.
