A teenager has sustained minor injuries after an assault in Swindon and police are appealing for information to identify those responsible.
On Monday, May 27 at about 8pm, a 13-year-old boy was approached by two older boys on the footpath linking the underpass to the children’s play park in Westlea.
They asked him for his money, but when he refused he was pulled to the ground and assaulted, sustaining minor injuries.
One of the suspects is described as a black male, 16-years-old, 5ft 11ins, ‘built’, with short afro hair, a scar on right side of forehead and a red Nike tracksuit.
The other suspect is described as a black male, 18-years-old, 6ft 3ins, skinny, with short afro hair, a beard and moustache and a rose/red tattoo on the right side of his neck.
Both males were on black Carrera bikes with a ‘throttle kit’ attached.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them on 101, quoting log 54240061884.
