A call has been made for volunteers to support this year's Swindon and Wiltshire Pride.
The event will take place on August 10 at GWR Park, and the call for volunteers has been made to ensure the event can proceed safely.
They are needed from August 9-11 and will help to set up and take down the site, monitor the gates, support stalls and litter pick.
Mark Wheeler, volunteer manager, said: "Volunteers are the lifeblood of our event and we appreciate everyone who supports us."
Acts announced so far include drag star Victoria Scone, Sonia, Livin’ Joy, Cheeky Girls, Olivier Award nominated Amie Atkinson from SIX the musical and a Taylor Swift tribute act from Katy Ellis.
Event chairperson Paul Stewart said "Volunteering at Swindon and Wiltshire Pride 2024 isn’t just about supporting an incredible event; it’s about being part of a vibrant, inclusive community.
"Your contribution helps make this celebration possible, and being part of the Pride family."
Swindon and Wiltshire Pride is a charity which was a finalist at last week's 2024 British LGBT Awards.
After launching in 2008, its first ever Pride festival was held in Swindon. The following year, the Pride event was expanded to incorporate Swindon and Wiltshire Pride.
