Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man indecently exposed himself during the morning school run.
At approximately 8.10am on Thursday, June 20, a man from Swindon was spotted exposing himself indecently in public before 'releasing his bowels' onto the footpath and leaving faeces behind.
The incident took place at the crossroads junction of East Wichel Way and Rylane, opposite the shops.
Police officers have pointed out that this would have been at the time that the streets were busy with the morning school run and rush hour, and are now asking anyone who may have witnessed this to come forward.
"We are appealing for witnesses or any doorbell footage from residents who may have witnessed an indecent exposure in Swindon," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"If any residents in the area have CCTV or doorbell footage or witnessed this incident, please call 101 and quote 54240072815 or call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
