Residents and guests at a care home in Swindon recently enjoyed a live handbell performance.
The Peartree Pealers, from Purton, performed a selection of traditional sounds at White Lodge Care Home and got the residents involved with the performance.
They sang along and clapped with the rhythm before an afternoon tea was served by the care home team.
General manager Ramona said: "Our residents and guests had a wonderful day singing along with the wonderful performers.
"We do our best to provide a wide range of activities and entertainment at White Lodge as part of the lifestyle enrichment programme for residents, and this was one of our favourites."
The entertainment is the latest event to be organised by the home after residents went to Cotswold Safari Park last month.
One resident, Anne, realised her wish to be up-close with giraffes during the outing to the park, saying "getting to see them is a dream come true".
She added: "I can’t wait to tell my family and show them the pictures that we got."
White Lodge is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers and offers nursing, residential and respite care.
