A woman with life-threatening injuries has been hospitalised after a crash on a busy main road.
A collision involving a Renault Kangoo, a Kia Sportage, and a Ford Mondeo occurred on the A3102 Tottenham Wick near the junction outside F Drury & Sons butchers at around 8.25am on Friday morning.
Officers responded to calls about the tree-vehicle crash and closed the road in both directions.
The driver of the Kangoo - a woman in her 30s - has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A passenger in the Mondeo - a woman in her 40s - suffered serious injuries and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Mondeo - a man in his 40s - reportedly suffered minor injuries.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We are appealing for anybody who witnessed the collision, or who has dash cam footage to please get in touch.
"If you can help, please contact the serious collision investigation team on 01225 694597 quoting Log number 52 of June 5.
"Alternatively, they can contact the team directly at SCIT@wiltshire.police.uk"
The road remains closed while investigation work is carried out between Trow Lane and Tockenham Corner.
