What an incredible sight!
The Red Arrows soared over Badbury Castle last weekend - and one eagle-eyed member of our Camera Club captured them in action.
The military display team often cause excitement as they fly through the skies and many in Wiltshire often keep an eye out for their incredible aerial acrobatics when they travel over the county
Flying distinctive Hawk fast-jets, the team is made up of pilots, engineers and essential support staff with frontline, operational experience.
Often with their trademark Diamond Nine shape, and combination of close formations and precision flying, the Red Arrows have been displaying since 1965.
Based at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, the Red Arrows had flown almost 5,000 displays in 57 countries, by the beginning of 2024 – the team's 60th season.
They will be appearing at the Royal International Air Tattoo in RAF Fairford later this month.
