The developer behind a huge industrial park just off an M4 junction in Wiltshire has been merged to create a new firm.
Property development and investment company St Modwen Logistics has been merged with Industrials REIT, a specialist in multi-let industrial properties, to create Indurent.
St Modwen was responsible for the creation of an industrial estate originally known as St Modwen Park, off the M4 junction 17 at Chippenham.
Two huge warehouses, ranging from 100,000sq feet to 342,000sq feet in size, were completed at the site last summer and have the potential to create 600 jobs.

At the time of writing, they remain on the market as the search for occupants goes on.
This construction expanded on existing buildings that already housed businesses like Huboo and FurnitureBox.
The park appears to have been rebranded as Indurent Park since the merger, and new signs have been erected at the site.
Indurent will be headed up by chief executive Julian Carey and has a portfolio of over 27 million square feet of industrial and logistics space.
A spokesperson said: “The new Indurent brand combines St. Modwen Logistics’ expertise in large-scale, strategically located logistics properties with Industrials REIT’s extensive experience in managing multi-let industrial estates built on a tech-enabled platform delivering exceptional customer service.”
