A Swindon fish and chip shop attracted a lot of acclaim and regular customers for more than a decade.
Trawlerman was a fixture of the West Swindon Centre and continues to do a roaring trade under the moniker of Britz Fish and Chips.
Images from the Adver's archives show the good work that then-manager Alan Clark and his team did at the chippy.
They won a quality award in 1998, donated a quarter of the takings from the busiest day of the week to Fisherman's Mission in 2002, and Mr Clark himself was nominated as one of the best managers in the West Country in that same year.
Along with the usual cod and haddock, the staff occasionally served up more unusual options like salmon and swordfish, along with countless portions of chips.
In 2003, the team challenged pupils from New College and a nearby primary school to come up with new designs for the business' rather plain logo, then showed off the winners in the Adver.
Britz took charge of the site in 2004. The chippy has been open, in some form or another, for more than 35 years.
