The sales team behind flagship newspapers the Swindon Advertiser, Gazette and Herald the Wiltshire Times and more are launching a meet and greet session for new job roles.

LocaliQ, a leader in digital marketing and advertising, is excited to announce a group interview session as it looks for ambitious individuals to join its dynamic team as part of an expansion.

Under the national publishing company Newsquest, the role offers a range of flexible working arrangements, including part-time, flexitime, and job shares.

A LocaliQ spokesman said they are keen to hear from confident people from all works of life.

"Whether you have experience in sales or come from a customer service, retail, or receptionist background, we want to meet you," they said.

"Our goal is to find people with diverse experiences and a passion for providing exceptional service.

"At LocaliQ, we pride ourselves on being a great place to work, offering numerous benefits including an attractive bonus structure, opportunities for career progression, birthday leave, and a paid volunteer day.

"We believe in nurturing talent and providing a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

"The upcoming group interview at 6pm on Wednesday, July 31 at the Swindon Advertiser office, will be a fun and informal opportunity for candidates to showcase their personalities.

"There's no need to prepare anything in advance. We want to see the real you, your achievements, and your experiences."

Candidates will participate in a few tasks and discussions but won't be asked to present anything formally.

The focus is on creating a pressure-free environment where everyone can shine.

Leahanne Reynolds, Inside Sales Director, shared her experience working at LocaliQ.

"I joined the company at an early age as a telesales operator with no experience but eager to learn and develop," she said.

"I have been fortunate to be promoted several times within my tenure and now manage a team of 12 individuals across two centres, so there are real opportunities to progress in the company.

"LocaliQ is a fantastic place to work. Our culture is based on collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and drive. I work with fantastic people every day and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

"If you are looking for a new career which is rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling, sign up to attend our Group Interview and I look forward to meeting you."

Janet Moore, a member of the Inside Sales Team, said: "I have been part of the sales team for the last 18 months, having no sales skills when I took the position, being in previous roles within this company.

"With the hard work and drive and the right attitude to succeed I have been very successful, with the backing of good management and support from my colleagues. This is a great place to work where people can be themselves and flourish, around a great bunch of people."
