Mill Lane and The Quarries have some of the highest-valued homes across Swindon over the last five years.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Swindon include Stonefield Close, Speedwell Close and Willowherb Close.
On Mill Lane (SN1), three properties sold for an average of £956,666. Mill Lane (SN1), three properties sold for an average of £793,333. Also, The Quarries (SN1) saw three properties sell for an average of £742,000.

Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Broome Manor Lane (SN3) sold for £1,900,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £60,000 and under on Bates Way (SN2), Shire Court (SN2) and Speedwell Close (SN2),” he concludes.
