Coate Water's crazy golf and pitch and putt courses are set to open for the first time since the pandemic.
Swindon Borough Council confirmed that the 18-hole facilities at the country park will be available for players again from Thursday, July 25.
The reopening has been part of the council's long-term plan for Coate Water, which includes the building of a cafe and the already-completed play area.
It was confirmed in May that work would start to bring the two golf courses back into use.
A council spokesperson said: "Over the last few weeks, the fairways have been mown and the greens prepared, while repairs have also been made to the irrigation system.
"If you want to practice your swing, the golf facility will be open between 11am and 6pm from Thursday to Tuesday each week. It’s closed on Wednesdays for regular maintenance.
"A round of pitch and putt will cost £5.80 with crazy golf costing £4.60. More information can be found by searching ‘golf at Coate Water’ on our website."
Councillor Marina Strinkovsky, the cabinet member for planning and placemaking, said: “I’m pleased the pitch and putt is back open at Coate Water and that families will be able to enjoy it over the summer holidays.
“We want Coate Water to become a thriving hub of activity for the whole family, as well as being an amazing country park for everyone to enjoy.
“We’re committed to building a better and greener Swindon and improving our country parks is a big step towards that goal.”
Work is currently underway on building the new splash park which is part of the overall programme of works for Coate Water, but despite delays in securing the flooring, the council confirmed it would still be opening "in the coming weeks".
The new play park, which is fully accessible, cost the council £500,000 in funding secured from Section 106 developer contributions.
It opened in March 2023 after work started in January of that year.
In September last year, Swindon Borough Council unveiled plans to build an art-deco themed cafe in Coate Water ready for this summer, but construction on this has not started.
