An attack in a town centre Wetherspoons pub sparked a police appeal for information.
A man in his 50s sustained injuries to his eye, nose and mouth after being attacked in The Savoy on Regent Street at around 4pm on Wednesday, July 24.
On Friday afternoon, police issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We are investigating an assault which occurred at a Swindon town centre pub and are appealing for information.
"At approximately 4pm on July 24, a man in his 50s was assaulted in The Savoy and sustained eye, nose and mouth injuries.
"We’d like to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident.
"If you can help, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 54240086717.
"Alternatively, call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
