A driver with points already on his licence was pulled over by police while at work, after being caught using their mobile phone at the wheel.
Police officers pulled over the lavatory maintenance vehicle after spotting the driver, who already has six points on their licence, using his mobile phone.
Wiltshire Specialist Operations shared on social media: "Roads Policing Unit stopped this lavatory maintenance vehicle after the driver was seen using his mobile phone at the wheel.
"Driver already has six points on his licence. That's one way to flush your job down the toilet."
Those caught using electronic devices while driving can be issued six penalty points and a £200 fine.
They may also face three penalty points for not having a full view of the road and traffic ahead or proper control of the vehicle, potentially being taken to court and banned from driving, with maximum fines of £1,000 or £2,500 if driving a lorry or bus.
