Three people were hospitalised following a head-on crash on a main Wiltshire road.
Emergency services, including reports of two air ambulances, rushed to the A30 near Winterslow at around 2.20pm on Monday, July 29.
A Volkswagen Polo driver travelling south reportedly crossed the central white line and crashed head-on with a Vauxhall Corsa.
Three people - two drivers and one passenger - were all taken to hospital with "serious injuries".
The driver of the Corsa, a man in his 40s, suffered serious injuries which are not thought to be life-changing.
His passenger, a woman in her 40s, suffered "potentially life-changing" injuries.
The Polo driver, a man in his 20s, was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A section of the A30 from St Thomas' Bridge Roundabout was closed on Monday afternoon while the vehicles were recovered.

Wiltshire Police wants to speak with anyone who witnessed the driving of the Polo either before or at the time of the crash.
The force is also appealing for any dash cam footage of the driver.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "If you can help, please contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 quoting Log number 175 of yesterday’s date.
"Alternatively, they can contact the team directly at SCIT@wiltshire.police.uk."
The South Western Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.
